What is your fee structure?
Our fees are contingency-based and calculated as a percentage of the placed candidate's first-year compensation. There is no upfront cost — you only pay upon a successful placement. Contact us for a detailed fee schedule.
Do you offer a placement guarantee?
Yes. We offer a replacement guarantee period on all placements. If a placed candidate leaves or is let go within the guarantee window, we will replace them at no additional fee.
Is there a cost to work with Driscoll as a candidate?

Will my job search be confidential?
